Update – Legacy Trust’s Response to COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

By

To our valued clients and friends,

The recent events related to the COVID-19 pandemic have been swift and extraordinary. On March 23, Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order 2020-21, directing all Michigan businesses to temporarily suspend in-person operations that are not necessary to sustain or protect life. As a result of this order and our commitment to protect our staff, clients and business partners, we are closing our office to the public starting March 24. It will remain closed for the next three weeks or until the Governor’s Executive Order is lifted.

While our Legacy Trust office on Monroe Avenue NW is closed to foot traffic, please be assured that we are fully operational and attending to your needs. We have the infrastructure in place to allow our staff to safely and securely work remotely. We also have arranged to retrieve U.S. postal service deliveries and receive incoming phone calls between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. And, our advisors can be reached via their direct phone lines or through email. Please note there may be occasional breaks in phone service as national carriers have experienced some service interruptions.

During these challenging times the Legacy Trust team still stands ready to serve you. Please be safe during this health emergency and reach out to us as needed in the days ahead.
