Jessica M. Schilling joins Legacy Trust as Account Executive
Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jan. 29, 2015 – Jessica M. Schilling has joined Legacy Trust as an account executive.

In her new role with the Grand Rapids investment and wealth-management services provider, Schilling will be responsible for leading client teams and serving as their primary financial advisor while providing a comprehensive approach to their wealth and overall objectives. She will focus on asset allocation, retirement strategies, risk management, preservation of wealth, accumulation and wealth transfer strategies.

Most recently, Schilling worked as a trust and estate advisor for Comerica Bank. A practicing attorney, she had also worked at Schotlen Fant, PC and at Varnum Law in Grand Haven before owning her own firm, Life Happens Law. Schilling began her career as a paralegal in the Denver City Attorney’s office in Denver.

Schilling received her bachelor’s degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. and earned her law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School cum laude.  She was voted Top 20 Under 40 in Business in Ottawa County in 2012. Active in the community, Schilling is a member of the Bras for a Cause Committee, the American Cancer Society Strides Against Breast Cancer Ambassador Committee and the Relay for Life and Senior Neighbors Twilight Shines planning committees.

A native of Minnesota, Schilling now resides in Grand Rapids.
