Legacy Trust Welcomes Two New Team Members

Grand Rapids, Michigan, February 22, 2013 โ€“ To better serve the needs of its growing client base, Legacy Trust today welcomed two new team members.

Brian Balke has joined the wealth management firm as an investment operations associate and Laura Drabczyk has joined as an administrative assistant.

In his new role with Legacy Trust, Balke will work closely with the operations teams and senior investment managers to support portfolio management, cash and security movement, trade settlement, bill payment and client communications. He will have primary responsibility for all operation functions related to banking and family office clients.

Prior to joining Legacy Trust, Balke was in the leadership program of Speedway SuperAmerica, LLC, training to be a district manager. He also served as event and pro shop manager for Centennial Country Club, where he was one of the leaders in the junior golf program.

Balke holds dual bachelor of science degrees in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton.

Drabczyk will provide extensive support for all aspects of account administration, working closely with the account executive team at Legacy Trust. She will coordinate account openings, prepare confidential correspondence, prepare and maintain Legacy Plan documents, manage grant making and reporting process for the family foundation and related tasks.

Drabczyk holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from Grand Valley State University. She has held marketing internships at numerous Grand Rapids companies, including Nucraft Furniture, Smith Haughey Rice Roegge and SeyferthPR.
